Applications
JF-4 is made of set retarder and water reducing agent.
JF-4 can delay the setting time of concrete, hold the plastic of freshly mixed concrete in the long term and be good for moulding by casting under the condition of high temperature in summer.
When JF-4 applied to guss concrete, it can increase the cohesiveness of the concrete and reduce slump loss, concrete disintegration and concrete bleeding.
JF-4 can reduce the hydration heat and temperature crack, and also can delay the peak heat release, when a mass concrete is concreting continuously.
JF-4 is essential to additive in the summer of concrete construction.
JF-4 is applicable for commodities which are concreted by various portland cement, pump concrete and mass concrete.
JF-4 isn’t suitable for the steamed concrete and cement admixture which is made by anhydrite and fluorgypsume.
Properties
Dosage: for powder 0.5-1.0%. for liquid 1.5-3.5%
Adding 1.0%; retarding time: 1 – 3 hours.
Air content increased slightly.
Retention value of slump constant: 1h≥90%
Use it in the above 5 degrees celsius temperature conditions.

Packaging, transport and storage
Powder JF-4 is available in 25kg film-lined bags. Liquid JF-4 is available in sealed plastic or iron tank. Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.
Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package. Keep waterproof during transportation.
Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage to prevent absorption of moisture and agglomeration. If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.
