VF-6 is used in railway or road tunnels, metallurgy, coal, mine workings and chamber.
VF-6 is used in sprayed concrete or sprayed mortar supports.
VF-6 is suit for concrete with the requirements of rapid hardening, flash setting.
VF-6 is suit for paste with initial setting time less than 2.5min, final setting time less than 10min.
Properties
A kind of alkaline admixture, non-toxic, non-flammable.

Excellent mechanical property.
For powder VF-6, the dosage is typically 4.0%~6.0% by mass of cement.
The amount of VF-6 used in concrete will be slightly adjusted depending upon job requirements, such as variations in cement, temperature and other job site conditions.
Usage
Experiment must be done when changing cement.
No special applying needs.
Fresh cement is necessary. The cement degree no less than 32.5 can ensure excellent applying effect.
Accurate measurement is needed.

Packaging, Transport and Storage
VF-6 is available in metal pail or iron tank. Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.
VF-6 must be stored at the temperature above 0℃. Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package.
Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of VF-6 is one year under normal conditions. If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.
