JF-3 retarding superplasticizer is mainly composed of naphthalene sulfonate and formaldehyde condensate, moderate retarding component and plastic strengthening component. Because of its excellent internal quality, the retarding effect before initial setting is obvious, the early strength effect after final setting is remarkable, the slump loss is small, and the fluidity of concrete and the strength of concrete at different ages can be greatly improved. It is the preferred additive for new technology such as high strength concrete, commercial concrete, shock-free concrete and self-leveling grouting material.

1. Technical performance:

Dosage: Powder: 0.75-1.5% of the total gum content, liquid: 1.5-3.0% of the total gum content.

Water reduction rate: can reach 15-30%, with high-quality mineral admixtures, C80 high-strength concrete can be prepared.

When the strength and slump of concrete are basically the same as that of reference concrete, the cement can be saved by 15-20%.

Added with this agent, the workability of concrete can be greatly improved, and the technical properties of concrete can be improved.

Suitable for continuous pouring of large volume concrete in hot season, reduce hydration heat and avoid temperature cracking.

The impermeability label can reach P10,100 freeze-thaw cycles without obvious loss of strength, and the durability is significantly improved.

Slump retention value: 1H > 90% 2H > 85%.

Retarding time: Delay setting time 2-5 hours, when there are special requirements, in the pre-sale service.

2. Points for application and matters needing attention:

Strictly control the mixing amount according to the construction proportion, and do not exceed the amount. The more the excess, the greater the harm.

When used in combination with other admixtures, it needs to be determined by laboratory test.

This product is chlorine-free, low alkali, good adaptability to various cement, and can be used in various reinforced concrete projects.

It is suitable for concrete construction under the temperature of - 5 C - 40 C.

Prefabricated components with anhydrite and fluorogypsum as setting regulators for cement and steam curing are not suitable.

VI. Packaging and Storage

Powder use inner plastic bags. Outer woven bags are packed in double layers, 25kg each. Bulk or protocol packaging for liquid tankers.

Store in a ventilated and dry place for 3 years. It can continue to be used after overdue menstrual test.
