Quite obvious delayed coagulation before initial set, the strength develop continuously and steadily in middle and later periods and in final set the strength increase quickly.
Workability, impermeability, durability and each index of mechanical properties of concrete with JF-8 obviously increase and improve.
Properties
Dosage: 0.75-1.5%, water-reducing rate: 15-30%.
JF-8 can be cooperated to use with good quality of mineral admixture to make C80 high strength concrete.
JF-8 can increase the value of slump constant: 10-15cm when the same water consumption come within the range of suitable content.
When JF-8 is used for mixing fluid concrete, the loss of slump constant is less than 3cm within two hours, and it is suitable for transporting goods concrete at long bowls.
JF-8 applies to concrete work under the condition of 5℃-40℃.
When JF-8 mixed use with other admixture, test must be done to confirm the validity.

Conclusion: the project is in line with acceptable end product index of “pumping agent” in JC473-2001 and the “pumping agent” index of GB8076-2008.
Remark: Experiment must be done when changing cement and aggregate type.
Packaging, transport and storage
Powder JF-8 is available in 25kg film-lined bags. Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.
Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package. Keep waterproof during transportation.
Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of JF-8 is two year under normal conditions. If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.
